Hi there! My name's Victoria - I'm a high school graduate about to study a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology. This blog was borne out of my own passion for health and wellness. But more significantly, its existence is a testament to my own ability to grapple with fear as well as a documentation of my own struggles, learnings and life experiences.
